METHODS OF WATER PROOFING

Thermoflex consits of a 180 gram heat set chemicall bonded (double reinforced) needle punched polyester geo fabric, manufactured in an ISO 9000 certified plant. This comprises of the "Carrier" or core of the product. Inpregnated into this is S.A.B.S certified bitumen, which is modified with A.P.P (attactic polypropylene and various other componets, which provide flexibiity and ultra violet light resitance. The weathering surface is treated with an inert silica, which provides a key for adhesion of topcoats, should aesthetics requir. The under surface comprises of a heat sensitive polymer fil which melts at the correct temperature during application.

A PURE ACRYLIC ROOF COATING
SUPAROOF is a pure acrylic roof coating that gives an exttremely durable, flexible, UV stable and weather resistant film. SUPAROOF's prue acrylic resin base dramatically increases adhesion as well as binds the colour, giving it long term stability and non fading beauty.
SUPAROOF is sutable for both cementitious and galvanised surfaces. Being water-based SUPAROOF is easy to apply, easy to clean off application equipment and is environmentally friendly. SUPAROOF is available in 25L and 5L containers ain a range of eight different colours.
A SPECIALLY MODIFIED WATER-BASED ACRYLIC RESIN
DARACRYL DC4 is a specially modified, water-based, acrylic resin, used as a corrosion inhibitor on new clean iron and galvanised surfaces. DARACRYL DC4 is easy to apply with good film build and self levelling properties. It is quick drying with excellent durability. DARACRYL DC4 is available in 5L and 25L containers.
